Come and join me via zoom to connect you to your baby bump. My prenatal yoga courses combine movement and breathing exercises to help Mamas relax and stay fit during pregnancy.

Oct/November Pregnancy Yoga Course

I am offering a zoom course on a Monday evening for pregnancy yoga in the comfort of your own home.

The pregnancy yoga course is open to pregnant ladies over 12 weeks. 

Yoga course:

Thursday nights (28th Oct, 4th Nov, 11th Nov, 18th Nov, 25th Nov)


£50 full course or £12 drop in.

I send the zoom link each Thursday morning along with a Spotify playlist link so you have that to hand each week.

You play the pregnancy yoga playlist your end because it sounds soooooo much better coming from your speakers than via my zoom, and then you also have that playlist to help support creating your own playlists for pregnancy and labour.  

I encourage you to be in super comfy clothes, light a candle if possible, have your mat, cushion or bolster, blanket and glass of water to hand. The first 15 mins is a quick check in with everyone to make sure I know of any aches and pains that week and then we get into an hour of delicious meditation, breathing exercises, yoga and relaxation. 

In addition to weekly classes, I will also be sharing pregnancy relaxations / meditations and statements of empowerment for you to listen to in your own time. 

Birth coaching

As I have been teaching pregnancy and post natal yoga I have come to realise often my role is much more than simply a yoga teacher; my role has evolved into a birth educator, anxiety management counsellor, empowerment coach, nutrition advisor etc and thus I want to offer women the chance to discuss these topics on a 1-2-1 basis. 

I am offering 1-2-1 coaching for anyone who feels like they need a little extra support during their pregnancy and in the lead up to the birth of their baby. Your bespoke 1 -2 1 coaching will be via telephone call, or face to face in Southsea if you prefer. 

Coaching is for you if:

  • you are feeling anxious and fearful of birth
  • you want to give yourself the best mental space you can pre birth
  • you had a first birth that did not go as planned or expected
  • you want positive reinforcement for your ideal birth scenario
  • you want to discuss your birth plan/ ideal birth with someone who is not a medical professional nor your partner
  • you want to feel empowered and confident

My aim is to help you create the best support team around you pre birth, the best mental and emotional headspace for yourself pre birth, and to continue to reinforce positive birth stories and reassurance around birth.

Expect both physical and written exercises to do at home in order to help you unpack any fears or preexisting negativity, and shift your perspective to that of positivity and confidence around your body and birth.

Cost: £50 for 2 x 30 min calls or £30 for 1 x 30 min call. For those of you in Southsea, this can be face to face.
