Pregnancy yoga

Due to the popularity of the previous course, I hold weekly prenatal yoga courses in Southsea for expectant mothers over 12 weeks. This prenatal yoga class combines movement and breath helping Mamas to relax and stay fit during pregnancy. If you’re 12 weeks and over, this course will connect you to your baby bump in a safe and comfortable environment.
