Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga
Pre and post natal yoga is my passion. Since having my two sons, I really appreciate the power yoga has during the pregnancy and fourth trimester period. I also offer birth coaching and can teach hypnobirthing skills for a more empowered and calmer pregnancy and birth. For 1-2-1 work and small classes, contact me.
During my years of teaching, I have developed my lifestyle coaching offering. Alongside teaching yoga, I offer coaching in meditation, anxiety management and lifestyle coaching including looking at diet, habit forming (and breaking!) and providing counsel for professional and personal issues.
